Takes 15 minutes by car to be in Georgetown. Management was amazing in enforcing COVID protocols, especially when it came to the gym.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment I've Had — Everything just works, it's so easy to forget about management when the apartment works as you'd expect it to. There's a good amount of space and it's for a good price. The distance to the metro is great, and being a bit out of Ballston cuts down on noise.

I've lived here for 3 years and had very few issues Super convenient location, very close to gym, coffee shops, all types of food options and the Ballston Quarter Mall. Walking distance to Clarendon and all the things Clarendon has to offer. This building has been a great home for me, and I love the layout of my apartment and the updated amenities.

|Recommended: YesProperty Manager Larry Abron Review — During my 3 years at Birchwood, I thought Larry was always very professional, kind and consistently looked out for the best interest of the tenants. He was also responsive , fair and went out of his way to accommodate myself and my fiancé during our time at Birchwood. He made the move out process simple and easy and I believe he's a great representative for Birchwood and the Dittmar community as a whole and is someone that the tenants can always rely on.
